Follow the parkway to the end (in Owensboro). Take Exit 24 to the right (Hwy. 60/Wendell Ford By-pass). Take Exit 4 (Hwy. 431/Frederica Sreet). Turn left on Frederica Street at the traffic light. From I-64 West (via Louisville): Take I-64 West to Dale Exit 57 (Hwy. 231 South). Follow Highway 231 signs to Owensboro.
