The Environmental Science Program at Kentucky Wesleyan College is designed for science majors in environmental policy and management, resource planning, environmental chemistry, conservation, and applied ecology. Program requirements for Environmental Science are designed to meet entrance requirements for graduate studies leading to careers in industry or public service. Graduates have also successfully entered positions requiring the bachelor's degree.
Students majoring in Biology, Chemistry or Physics may complete the Environmental Science Program to prepare for careers emphasizing environmental technology. For students interested in environmental policy and management, the program is coordinated with the Political Science major at Kentucky Wesleyan College.
