Succeed at Kentucky Wesleyan College
If you are transferring from a four-year university or entering without an associate's degree, we want you to excel in and outside of the classroom! Our goal as a close-knit liberal arts college is to see you complete your bachelor's degree in both a timely and affordable manner.
To begin the process, we will require official transcripts from all colleges attended. Within days of arrival, our registrar will evaluate all official transcripts to determine which courses will fulfill major requirements. Once this is completed, we will contact you and let you know your acceptance status!
Kentucky Community and Technical College Block Transfer Program
We at Kentucky Wesleyan College wish to grant you the ability to complete your education on time and at an affordable cost. Under our block transfer program, we recognize the completion of our general education requirements for students who earn an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Science from the KCTCS system. (KCTCS/KWC General Education Program Equivalency)
Kentucky Wesleyan is granting a 50% tuition discount to any student who receives an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Science degree, and who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Merit-Based Scholarships and Financial Aid
Scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $7,000 are available to students who have not received an associates degree. These scholarships are based on cumulative college GPA. All qualified students may also apply for need-based and state-based financial aid through the FAFSA at: www.fafsa.ed.gov.
