Pay your Kentucky Wesleyan College student account online!
KWC students and parents can now pay their student account online! It's secure, fast and as easy as 1-2-3! You simply need:
- Your Student Account ID# - Your student account ID# is a ten digit number, beginning with a '1' that is located in the upper left hand corner of your monthly statement. If you do not know your student account ID#, please contact the Cashier's Office at 270-852-3108 and someone will gladly assist you.
- A valid credit card (AMEX, DISC, MC or VISA) OR
- A valid personal checking account (Driver's License # is required)
Payment must be submitted by 3:00 pm CST in order to be credited that same business day. Any payment made after that time will be credited on the next business day. Payments made on weekends or holidays will be credited on the next business day. See December Payment Note below.*
If you submit payment immediately, your posting will be completed: tomorrow.
NOTE: Interest is charged on the final business day of the month. To avoid interest charges, payment in full must be received prior to the final business day of the month. Interest for the month of December 2009 will be posted on December 23, 2009.
* DECEMBER PAYMENT NOTE: The final day to send payment and have it posted on your account for the calendar year 2009 is Tuesday, December 22, 2009. All payments made between December 23, 2009 and January 3, 2010 will be posted on Monday, January 4, 2010.
If you prefer to pay KWC directly, you may either visit our Cashier's Office, mail your personal check to the address below, or simply call 270-852-3108 to make a credit card payment.
