This video was created by University of Utah's Love Your Body Week Committee in an attempt to combat eating disorders. Professors and students at the university discuss their views of the media's unrealistic portrayal of body image.

The Let’s Move! campaign, started by First Lady Michelle Obama, has an ambitious national goal of solving the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation so that children born today will reach adulthood at a healthy weight.
Let’s Move! will combat the epidemic of childhood obesity through a comprehensive approach that will engage every sector impacting the health of children and will provide schools, families and communities simple tools to help kids be more active, eat better, and get healthy.

The Presidential Challenge is a national fitness competition that seeks to challenge adults (18 years and older) to be active for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for six out of eight weeks. There is also a division for children between the ages of 6 and 17. Participants simply download the exercise log from the website and turn it in at the end of eight weeks. Participants who log the most amount of physical activity have the chance to win an award.
