Communication arts students at KWC have an opportunity to gain experience and skills outside the classroom. Kentucky Wesleyan has a radio station, a student newspaper and a yearbook.
In addition, two plays are normally produced each year at Kentucky Wesleyan.
All students are required to complete practicums, many through on-campus outlets. Students may also sign up for internships during which they work off-campus at a media facility or in a communications-related job.
Panther Radio
Students get hands-on experience in radio station management and programming. This experience has helped KWC students land jobs in commercial radio.
