Graphic Design at KWC
In the Graphic Design program, you will take a required core of art courses that will introduce you to foundational principles of art and design. After completing drawing and foundation design courses, you will begin graphic design coursework that will focus on typography, identity design, publication and web design, animation and other advanced projects.
All graphic design courses are held in the Art Department’s state-of-the-art Apple computer lab in Kentucky Wesleyan's Ralph Center, where you may use industry-standard application programs.
The minor in Graphic Design provides an opportunity for students in related academic discipline areas such as business, computer science and communications to study the discipline and learn the skills and concepts necessary to effectively use graphic design as it applies to their major.
