Welcome to the Panther Career Ally Program! Whether you’re an alumnus/a looking to share your perspectives and advice with current students, or a student trying to figure out how to navigate life at Kentucky Wesleyan and beyond, Panther CAP is for you. Panther CAP connects current students with Kentucky Wesleyan alumni, providing them with an easy way to form rewarding, mutually beneficial relationships.
The secret to a great mentor connection is to approach the relationship with an open mind, empathy, respect, and clear expectations for what you are hoping to get out of the mentoring connection – this goes for both Student Mentees and Career Allies.
To get started, simply complete an interest form! It is also highly recommended that you read through the FAQ section, which can be found in the right-hand column.
