In order to ensure that your campus event runs smoothly, Facilities would like to provide everyone with a guide which outlines the event process. We pride ourselves in being able to meet everyone’s set up needs. The following steps will help you through the process of organizing your event.
Reserving a location:
To reserve a room for an event, please contact Pam Parr in the Student Life office at extension 3285.
Putting in a work order request for set up:
THIS STEP NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE TO ENSURE THAT PROPER EQUIPMENT/STAFFING ARE AVAILABLE
Once you have reserved a date/location for your event, a work order request must be put into the SchoolDude work order system. There is a link to the work order system on the left hand side of PantherNet.
